Job Title: Salesforce Administrator Location: Chiswick About the role At BSI we are looking for a permanent Salesforce System Administrator to become an integral part of our team. In this Global position, you will manage the daily administration, configuration, and upkeep of our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of both Sales and Service Clouds, along with Lightning, and have hands-on experience with enterprise organization management. Although coding skills are not a requirement for this role, technical aptitude and an understanding of APIs will be advantageous. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to advance their careers with Salesforce, playing a crucial role in our CRM transformation efforts and enhancing the effectiveness of our Salesforce implementation. Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating and managing fields, objects, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Assist in data management activities, including data imports, exports, and maintenance of data integrity and quality.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training on Salesforce functionality and features.
  • Assist in the integration of Salesforce with other business systems, leveraging APIs and other integration tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process automation opportunities within Salesforce.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator are required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in Sales and Service Cloud with a good understanding of their capabilities and functionalities.
  • Previous experience in enterprise org management, including user and security management, data model customization and basic reporting.
  • Familiarity with Lightning Experience and the ability to navigate and perform basic customizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
