The Growth Company (GC) Business Growth Hub's Digital Transformation team have a new opportunity for a CRM Systems Administrator who will proactively manage the ongoing Dynamics CRM project and other programme specific digital projects, working closely with individual Service Leads, subcontractors and external companies to ensure project performance follows contract objectives and profiles.

Please note that this is a fixed term contract until 30 April 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day to day running of CRM (Dynamics) and E-signature software, GM Skills Map and other related digital products including logging any issues to the third-party supplier, planning and communicating periods of downtime.
  • Provide support to the Programme Lead, Delivery team and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis for all digital systems.
  • Manage digital system training for new starters, consultants and associates as well as provide refresher training to ensure familiarity with any revisions to the software to ensure all activity is recorded in line with service delivery requirements and data analysis needs.
  • Work closely with the relevant Programme Lead and the Growth Company's internal IT team to support the development, implementation and maintenance of the programmes digital tools, CRM (Dynamics), documents and systems, to enable the capture, allocation, monitoring and reporting of programme activity.
  • Ensure that changes to all digital systems are recorded through change management.
  • Perform testing on any system changes prior to progression to the live environment.
  • Ensure the digital systems enable contract/project compliance and delivery of agreed milestones, finances and outcomes, including the verification of evidence for audit purposes and monitoring visits to providers in respect of claims made.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of updates and amendments, including risks, issues and changes, ensuring all problems and solutions are communicated to all stakeholders to ensure they are delivered on time and to budget.

About You:

  • An understanding of end-to-end customer needs, journeys and behaviors and how these are changing (external and internal clients, service users and staff).
  • Detailed knowledge of GDPR and effective data processes techniques.
  • An appreciation for software development technologies including the Microsoft stack, software design and UI.
  • Sound knowledge of finance process, transactions and systems.
  • Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong commitment to high quality work.
  • A high level of enthusiasm, personal drive and energy and a capacity for sustained effort and performance.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to manage 3rd party providers and software development projects.
  • A track record of delivering a high standard of accuracy and contractual / financial compliance.
  • Experience in presenting progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all organisational levels, internally and externally.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks with conflicting demands/deadlines.
  • Time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong IT skills including CRM administration (MS Dynamics), Excel spreadsheets. Knowledge of Azure DevOps is also beneficial.
  • Ability to work with complex data sets to produce information with a high degree of accuracy to tight deadlines.
