Working as part of our e-learning team, you will be responsible for the daily administration of a portfolio of online training courses. This is a growing area of our business offering career development opportunities for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
· Setting up a virtual classroom including uploading materials, creating classroom layouts and breakout rooms, creating polls etc.
· Assisting delegates and speakers with technical support to ensure a high-quality experience
· Administrating the session for the speaker as required
· Timely completion of post event administration within Adobe Connect and the company database
· Scheduling appointments and events
· Managing delegate and speaker queries through to resolution
· Taking calls and assisting with technical issues on the Helpline
· Any other duties that are required within the role
Key Skills
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence others at all levels
· Strong time management & organisational skills
· Self-starter, confident of managing own workload with changing priorities
· Team player
· Attention to detail and good literacy skills -proofreading materials, notes etc.
· Experience with Adobe Connect or similar virtual learning tools
· Any exposure to Articulate or Totara platform desirable
· IT literate, specifically proficient in Microsoft Office (O365 preferred) and a good understanding of PowerPoint
Terms
Working hours: 35 Hours (9am - 5pm)
Fully Remote/Home working
