Salisbury Support 4 Autism is looking for an experienced HR & Legal
Administrator to join a growing organisation which specialises in Autism.
Reporting to the Head of HR, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated
individual, with a passion to support HR and legal administration and must have
legal experience/background preferably as a paralegal.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring the HR process runs smoothly; coordinating all
aspects of the employee lifecycle, updating and maintaining records, and
providing outstanding support.
The position entails managing your own workload, responding to all queries in
a timely manner, liaising with managerial staff, recruitment, dealing with legal
paperwork and representation at court as and when required and working with
the Head of HR.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
● Being the first point of contact for HR enquiries
● Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new starters
● Maintaining staff file records - RTW, DBS, supervision, absence
● Planning and maintaining office systems
● Drafting and sending standard letters/emails e.g. reference, offer
letters/contracts, invitations to HR procedural meetings
● Creating new starters and internal changes information and sharing it with
the payroll team on a monthly basis
● Assist with ER issues - advice, disciplinary, grievance, capability matters,
minute taking
● Responsible for all sponsorship administration and communication with the
Home Office
Processing legal paperwork
● Ad-hoc duties
Skills we are looking for:
● Accuracy and attention to detail
● MS Office skills and Google Drive experience
● Excellent organisational skills
● Capable of working in a highly confidential manner with integrity
● Skilled at prioritising assignments
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and support the team
● Able to work on own initiative
● CIPD qualification level 5
● 2 years of experience in an HR/Legal administration role is essential
● Up to date knowledge of employment law

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00 per year depending on experience

Essential Experience:
Human Resources: 2 years (required)
Legal background as Paralegal/Solicitor
Paralegal Diploma, Chartered Institute of Legal Executives or similar
qualifications (essential)
Licence/Certification:
CIPD Level 5 Qualification (preferred)
