If so, then you could be suited to a role as a User Experience Technician, providing IT skills and confidence whilst assisting in a New Device and Windows 11 rollout to our public sector essential workers across East Sussex! As an IT Technician, you will have an engaging role, providing rapid, often unplanned operational and technical support, enabling our staff to use digital tools to reliably facilitate their essential work for the residents of East Sussex. We are looking for candidates who: Have a strong understanding of IT software, services, and equipment, and are willing to learn.
