Job Responsibility:
You will work closely with the Director of the company to create a strategy for this exciting area of business as well as being operative in the day-to-day management of stock and shipping.
This role offers flexibility in location, with some work from home and some work in our warehouse located in Cambridge.
As the Ecommerce Operations Manager for the Europe, you will play a pivotal role in strategically managing and execute day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. Your primary focus will be to identifying and implementing improvements to enhance sales and customer experiences in alignment with our commercial strategy and goals.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and program sales activities to achieve revenue targets, sending email campaigns.
- Monitor customer experience (CX) across cart and checkout processes, initiating corrective actions in collaboration with the Director.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of ecommerce operations.
- Receive, sort, prepare, photograph, price and list stock for sale on Shopify
- Pick, pack and arrange shipping for orders (orders fulfilment)
- Ensuring purchased items are packaged appropriately and sent out in a timely manner
- Logistic operations: track inventory, monitoring stock levels.
- Manage post-purchase transactional communications, including order tracking, email, and couriers team interactions.
- Implement new apps and site functionality with third-party providers in collaboration with the Director.
- Implement international sales.
· Managing Google Ads and Google Merchant account.
· Improve and optimise Google Marketing Campaigns
· Ensure product offering and pricing is competitive across markets.
· The candidate must ensure that services are provided to a high standard.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in similar ecommerce role.
- 1+ years of working experience in warehouse and inventory management
- Previous experience in leading ecommerce operations.
- Experience working in international markets, particularly in the EU is an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Attention to details.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload.
Education
- Google Certificates
- Certificate in Digital or Business or Finance or Marketing field.

This is a part-time role (to start) and is based in Cambridge. If you prove to be successful in your role we will hire you with a permanent contract.
