Job Responsibility:
Production Team Leaders (Days)
PrepWorld is looking for Team Leaders who will have daily responsibility for the first line management for part of the Production Team, in a busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory
Main Duties:
- Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
- Management of labour costs for your team
- Management of waste levels for your team
- Ensure products meet customer specifications
Who we are looking for:
- Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment
- Reliable and flexible, with a pro-active approach to problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic English & numeracy skills

Days and Hours of work: 05:30 - 17:30 (Days) 4 days per week to be discussed and agreed in interview
Pay:Starting at £12.20 per hour (level 1) / £12.50 (level 2) climbing through to £15.00 (level 3) after full training
