## Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Domiciliary Manager to oversee the provision of high-quality care home care services. The successful candidate will lead a team of care professionals and ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.

## Duties

- Manage and supervise staff to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary service

- Implement care plans and ensure they are followed effectively

- Conduct assessments and reviews of residents' needs

- Administer medication in accordance with regulatory guidelines

- Provide leadership and support to staff members

- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies

## Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

What the Assistant Nursing Managers skills and experience look like:

  • Registered Manager: 2 years (required)
  • Domiciliary care: 3 years (required)

· Valid NMC Pin

· Driving Licence

· NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or similar) or working towards or Nursing degree

· Quality understanding of CQC and KLOE's

· Strong team leading experience

· Rota management experience

· A passion for Elderly care and support
