Duties:

• Plan and organise both planned and reactive drainage crews.
• Ensure teams are equipped with the necessary tools and information for safe and efficient work.
• Manage internal and external works.
• Provide cost estimates and interpret plans.
• Coordinate tanker services for commercial and domestic customers.
• Handle paperwork related to job planning, equipment management, and team coordination.
• Respond promptly to urgent issues, such as vehicle breakdowns or emergency drainage problems.
• Carry out team meetings and 1-2-1's.
• Oversee HR related issues with the support of our 3rd party HR department.

Requirements:- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisor role, preferably in Drainage or Plumbing- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Proficiency in utilizing relevant software and tools for operational management- Ability to analyse data, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £42,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

• Drainage: 10 years (preferred)
