Job Responsibility:
The Markson Group is a well-established and highly reputable company based in Clifton, Bristol. Markson's activities are split into three main divisions: Property Management, Construction & Landscaping and Property Development & Investment.
The company is currently moving its offices to Alma Vale Road, Clifton where it is expanding its business to include a hot desking and meeting room facility in addition to its extensive property portfolio.
To support this expansion, we are currently recruiting for a skilled Office/Property Coordinator. We are seeking a proactive person who will be an integral part of the business in being responsible for the efficient running of our day-to-day operation, supporting property management and hot desking activities.
The Role:
· Taking charge of the reception area, handling clients and managing calls
· Coordinating office activities and ensuring the smooth running of the office
· Handling the hot desking business through dealing with clients, handling of contracts,
scheduling and payments
· Coordinating property management activities such as:
- Dealing with property queries and events
- Handling of landlord and tenant queries and issues
- Liaising with landlords, contractors, tenants and service providers to resolve issues
· General administration
· Accounting duties, including resolving billing queries and managing invoices and
payments
Requirements and Skills:
· Previous experience within a related role would be preferable but not essential
· Ability to work quickly and efficiently
· Excellent customer services skills
· Exceptional communication skills
· Computer literacy
· Highly motivated with excellent time management skills
· Self-starter and ability to work on own initiative

Job Type: 2-year fixed term contract.
Office Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm with one hour for lunch.
Pay range: £22,000 to £24,000 per annum plus annual performance related bonus.
