Job Responsibility:
Acres Estate Agents are looking for a confident, outgoing, friendly person to join our friendly busy Four Oaks office team as a Viewing Assistant/Receptionist. A family owned and run business established 32 years ago we offer a great opportunity to join a long established team where most of our staff have been with us for many years.
Duties include:- assist in carrying out viewings in a highly professional friendly manner at occupied, and vacant homes, liaising with owners and buyers to provide regular contact, answering calls, booking appointments, both viewings and valuation over the phone and in person, as well as general office duties.
We are seeking to fill a permanent position on a long term basis. The successful candidate will need to be a car owner, have the ability to use a computer and email, with good typing skills, as well as needing complete necessary online compliance training including DBS checks.
Working hours ; Saturdays 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. As a four branch busy agency the ability to work additional hours to provide holiday and sickness cover would be very beneficial. We do and will offer, if wanted the opportunity for advancement within the business with more days or hours.
