About the Role
There is now an exciting opportunity to join the School Management Support Team as a School Management Support Administrator, within the School of Animal Rural and Environmental Sciences (ARES), based at our Brackenhurst campus.
We are seeking a proactive individual with relevant experience of working in a busy administrative environment. You will support designated senior members of the School through comprehensive administrative and secretarial assistance. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team and possess excellent organisation and communication skills. Extensive experience of using IT systems to improve processes, together with a proficient working knowledge of MS Office, especially Teams, Outlook, Word and Excel, is required. Excellent minute taking skills would also be advantageous.
This role provides the opportunity for a hybrid working environment, with a mixture of on-campus and working from home days.
You'll have a positive, can-do attitude, and the drive to provide exceptional assistance to senior members of the School and the School Management Support Coordinator. You'll also be confidential, able to prioritise tasks, and remain professional at all times.
For more details, please take a look at the role profile. We'll still consider applications even if you don't meet every single one of the requirements, so don't be put off if you don't match them perfectly.
