Job Responsibility:

We are recruiting for a Data Administrator - Children's who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. This is a new and exciting position in Children's and Young People's services. You will be providing essential administration and high-quality data support to our Clinical Governance team. This role will be pivotal in supporting:
  • patient safety,
  • risk management
  • clinical guidelines
  • quality improvement
Data collection is required for commissioning purposes for the service as well as ensuring requirements are met for both local and national standards. You will work closely with the Divisional Quality Manager and Head of Nursing to ensure we are consistently thriving to achieve an excellent level of care for our patients and families. You will be a key member of the Children's and Young People's Team and play an important role in ensuring accurate and high quality data is collected and collated for departmental service reports. Quality data collection is required for commissioning purposes for the service as well as ensuring the requirements are met for both local and national standards. As a Data Administrator you work closely with the Divisional Quality Manager (DQM), and lead on data collection, quality assurance and compliance reports, as well as providing administrative support for quality assurance and safety meetings and quality improvement work within Children and Young People's Services.. Under the guidance of the Divisional Quality Manager you will review, collate and assimilate data as required and ensure timely completion of reports and up to date database management on a variety of trust IT systems. Transcribes/exports data from, Lorenzo, ENHance, Nervecentre, and other medical records to populate . a variety of reports and data collection requirements At East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust, we are proud of the range of general & specialist services we provide & our 6,000 or so dedicated staff ensure our patients get the best care.
