We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Administrator to join our Employment team. The successful candidate will work as part of a team providing administrative support to Commercial HR Rely Lead and wider Business Development team for this product. Main duties and responsibilities
  • Oversee the process for the Senior Sales Admin to schedule potential client appointments coming in via various sources and basic drafting of proposals documents
  • Manage literature requests by provide detailed product information to clients on behalf of the sales team.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our product offerings, features, and pricing
  • Responsible for maintain working list and prospect/pursuit/Opportunity pipeline in the CRM system in order to help manage the pipeline with the Senior Sales Administrator
  • Act as a back up for administrative tasks such as diary management and travel bookings and expenses for our Commercial HR Rely Leads in the absence of the Senior Sales administrator
  • Provide support to the sales team in achieving targets and improving sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to win business.
  • Address and resolve potential client queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Project manage the organization and execution of promotional events and merchandise management
  • Project management of new sales initiatives
  • Overseeing the process for maintaining monthly sales records as well as keeping track of payments received for commission payments for the Commercial HR Rely Leads
  • Budget involvement for sales initiatives
  • Regular and ad hoc reporting on sales pipeline
  • Liaise with marketing department regarding new promotional material and keeping existing material updated.
  • Liaise with the digital team for updates on the HR Rely website and enhancing SEO
  • Create content for the for internal communications.
  • Scope out possible sponsorship opportunities, manage events list and book networking events for the Commercial HR Rely Leads to attend.

About You

Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a similar role and in a similar environment. As the role is varied, we are looking for you to have a flexible approach to the work you do and be able to adapt to different tasks.   • Excellent IT skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise and work to strict deadlines and targets
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within professional service industry.
  • Experience of sales pipelining process
  • Ability to travel to attend events and network with potential clients to generate sales leads
  • Proficient in using complex systems, ideally a CRM tool
