Job Responsibility:
Main purposes of role
To support Senior Management and the practice in the provision of Human Resources services.
Key tasks
· Recruitment - liaising with recruitment agencies, dealing with emails / CV's, arranging interviews, dealing with new job offers and arranging start dates.
· Manage the new starter process, including inductions and new starter set-up
· Contracts- ensuring these are all accurate and current and cite the correct company and position and stored and scanned electronically.
· Absence and attendance monitoring.
· Reports for payroll - both electronic and manual.
· Daily queries raised by employees.
· Manage disciplinary and performance reviews.
· Exit interview and procedure for any leavers.
· Chasing and procuring references for all employees.
Office Management
· Tidy desk policy.
· Tidy office policy.
· Shredding.
· Fire alarm testing - checks.
· Office risk assessment.
· Safety advice and displays.
· Overseeing and checking of all stationary orders.
· Dealing with requests for library books requested and ordering of the same.
· Dealing with request to book courses, webinars etc.
· First Aiders - ensuring relevant courses are booked to keep registered and renewing as and when required.
· Health and Safety issues and checking office for any issues.

Experience Required
Essential
· Working knowledge of computers with good keyboard skills.
· Practical experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephone.

· Experience of working in a standalone HR position.
· Experience of using HR systems.
· Demonstrate a commitment to personal development.
Qualifications
· CIPD Level 5 - desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
