We are looking for an individual to support bright and polite man in his thirties from who has a significant physical disability and depends on a wheelchair for mobility.

Job Details:

• 10 hours contracted each week with some flexibility available.
• Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:30am until 14:30pm.

This position is perfect for mothers looking to juggle work and family life, enabling them to fulfil their childcare obligations while also ensuring that the service user's needs are met.

These duties are carried out in a quiet, clean, and safe home environment where the service user lives with his mother and his main carer provides her support on separate occasions.

Duties:

• Transporting the vulnerable person in a wheelchair adapted vehicle.
• Assisting the individual in going on fantastic daily outings of his choice.
• Assisting and attending infrequent appointments.
• Providing support with basic household tasks and daily activities.
• Providing comprehensive personal care.

Requirements:

• Willingness to undergo a DBS check if necessary.
• Possess a current, clean, and valid UK driving licence.
• Minimum age of 25 for vehicle insurance eligibility.
• Exhibit qualities such as care, patience, courtesy, and reliability.
