Job Responsibility:

Are you currently working in a fast-paced retail environment and looking to switch to a new role, working Monday - Friday, in a thriving retail head office team? Do you have a flair for written communications? If the answers are yes, we could have the ideal permanent opportunity for you!

Based full-time at our Support Centre in Speke, Liverpool L24 this is a varied role that is all about creating and delivering operational communications internally to our colleagues. With 750+ stores, 5 Distribution Centres and our Support Centre we have plenty to share!

Reporting to our Communications & Events Manager, this role is responsible for producing key business communication to our stores.

To be our ideal candidate you will be;

• Experienced working in retail, ideally in a junior management capacity, with a desire to work in a busy office-based team.
• Proficient in writing content and communications, with excellent English and grammar skills.
• A regular user of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Confident to create content for communicating to a nationwide audience.
• A creative thinker, with a keen eye for detail.
• Organised - able to juggle multiple tasks, prioritise, and respond to tight deadlines.
• A collaborator who can also work on an individual basis with initiative.
