Step into a Flavorful New Role as an Area Manager with Chaiiwala!

As an Area Manager at Chaiiwala, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic tea culture, overseeing multiple stores and driving them to new heights! With responsibility for at least 10 locations within your designated area, you'll be the catalyst for excellence in every aspect of our business— from sales and customer satisfaction to store audits and team development.

Your Week: A Blend of Excitement and Impact

Your week will be a vibrant mix of visits and strategy sessions. You'll travel to each store, celebrating successes and addressing areas for growth. Your mission? To enhance sales, profitability, and the overall customer experience through your leadership and strategic vision. Engaging regularly with store managers and their teams, you'll set ambitious targets and inspire them.

• Audit Achiever: Ensure top-notch performance in mystery shopper evaluations and store audits.

Essential:

• Minimum 2-year leadership experience in a management role, preferably in a retail and hospitality environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Drivers License
