Requirements of the Buying Sales Assistant role

• Experience with administration & customer service
• MUST be confident speaking to customers on the phone and in person
• Should be friendly and approachable when dealing with customers on site
• Proficient on computer systems such as Excell and Google sheets
• Knowledge/Experience dealing with Social Media & Marketing would also be beneficial
• Weekend work is essential (half day on a Saturday)

Responsibilities of the Receptionist role

Motormoolah receives over 100 digital enquiries each day, with customers wanting to sell their vehicle. You will be stationed in our Motormoolah office in a team of 3 buyers. Your daily tasks will be to deal with onsite customers and all incoming enquiries. Your basic wage will be supplemented by a very healthy commission structure based on hitting targets on converting sales and other key factors. We also hold regular 'competitions' with financial rewards.

Pay: £11.50 per hour + commission

Hours:

Monday 2:30 - 7pm

Tuesday - Friday 10:30 - 7

Saturday 8:30 - 12:30
