Staff Management and Development:

• Provide continuous coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Foster a positive and professional work culture that promotes teamwork and stellar customer service.

Customer Experience and Member Relations:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven managerial experience in the fitness or wellness industry.
