The Position

Do you have a passion for fine food and wine? Can you deliver the highest level of service running the floor in a renowned restaurant. Then Rocco Forte Hotels would love to invite you to join us as Head Waiter / Waitress in our Charlie's Restaurant at Brown's.

Supporting our restaurant management team - our fantastic Restaurant Director, Ben Mathews & Restaurant Manager, Gianluca Sebis, you will ensure that five-star service standards are maintained on the floor at all times. You will be well-presented, a natural leader and have strong instincts when it comes to fulfilling the needs of diners. Managing an outstanding team of floor staff, you will lead by example with your discreet, understated and timely service, and your ability to understand and communicate with guests.

Ideally, you will have at least two years' experience in a similar role, along with a thorough knowledge of global fine-dining standards, food and wine. Your ability to match and surpass guest expectations, along with your confidence and good nature in leading your team in a high-pressured environment will define your success in the role. In turn, you will be given the support to develop your own skills and career with us.
