We are currently looking to recruit a Groups & Events Sales Executive for The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview:

  • The role of Groups and Events Sales Executive takes on the responsibility of supporting the Group Sales and Planning Team with all duties relating to Groups and Events.
  • You will be involved in the preparation and issuing of contracts.
  • You will be involved in all pre arrival preparations including rooming lists.
  • You will attend all Groups meetings ensuring any follow up points are promptly actioned.
  • You will ensure that any non arrival bookings are followed up and charged as necessary.
  • You will be involved in all site visits and be confident to explain all aspects of the hotel.

About You:

  • You will ideally have previous experience in a similar role within a 5 star hotel environment.
  • You will be confident and comfortable communicating with clients over the phone, email and in person.
  • You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You will have a good understanding of IT applications and the ability to learn new system easily.
  • You will have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment.
