We are now recruiting for a regional sales director to lead the Northern England, Scotland and Ireland team.

What is the role?

Reporting to the Sales Director for the UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of Area Sales Managers across the North of England, Scotland & Ireland. Your time will be spent developing the team through support in the field as well as engaging with key accounts at all levels including boardroom level. The customer base across the area includes distributors, main contractors, OEMs, architects, specifiers, HVAC, mechanical and electrical contractors within the construction industry. You will have excellent support from management, the UK marketing team, technical and production.

Who you are

To be considered for an interview, you must have the following:

  • experience of Gripple products
  • experience of leading and managing a team
  • experience of selling products into the building services sector
  • be technically competent with the ability and willingness to learn
  • possess the ability to influence and persuade end users and decision makers to adopt innovative new products
  • work well both as part of a team and as an individual, using your own initiative
  • possess the drive, enthusiasm and work ethic to be able to turn an objective into tangible results
  • have the right to work permanently in the UK with a full UK / EU driving licence
