We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our innovative Konexo Legal Services team. Konexo Legal Services is a leading, well-established and fast growing managed legal service offering within Eversheds Sutherland, committed to delivering innovative and high-quality legal solutions to our clients, which enable them to outsource work previously done in-house. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and client satisfaction.
The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our expanding team. Together with our clients and our wider team, you will work within a flexible delivery model triaging and processing client instructions and queries through bespoke end-to-end matter management systems. Working closely with our clients' businesses and feeling part of their in-house teams but with the full support of a global firm, the successful candidate will join a team of Administrators who complete work that was previously done in-house.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and allocation of matters
- Review of matter information and documentation against checklists
- Mailbox management
- DocuSign review and processing
- Creation and distribution of client-specific reporting (regular and ad hoc)
- Ad-Hoc queries and escalations
- Assisting the Team Leader with monitoring the day-to-day operation of the team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Using initiative and pointing out any areas requiring attention/intervention
Skills and experience:
You will have experience of working as part of a team in a fast paced or high volume environment. Experience of working directly with clients and utilising bespoke matter management systems desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders of all levels
- Able to prioritise work to meet SLA's and deadlines.
- Adaptable and flexible
- Able to work without supervision and take full responsibility of own workload
- Able to effectively use existing knowledge and initiative to complete new tasks
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft and ALX systems
- Flexible to cross train on different client accounts
- Meticulous with a strong eye for detail
- Capable of establishing good working relationships with colleagues and clients
What we offer:
- Innovative Environment: Work in a cutting-edge legal service environment that leverages technology and innovative approaches to legal service delivery.
- Professional Growth: Full training programme and opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement.
- Flexible Working: Remote working options and flexible working hours to promote work-life balance.
- Competitive Remuneration: Competitive benefits package, including: 26 days annual leave plus Eversheds day; flexible holiday scheme; subsidised canteen on Eversheds Sutherland sites; corporate gym membership; pension; and life assurance.
- Social Committee: Fun events throughout the year celebrating a range of social, religious and cultural occasions
