Job Responsibility:
An exciting opportunity to join the Radiology department at UHD in this important administrative role. We are a friendly and inclusive department and require an enthusiastic administrator to join our team. This role is central to supporting excellent patient care in Radiology and provides an opportunity to work with a varied range of health care professionals.
Base Location: Royal Bournemouth or Poole Hospital

- To provide a comprehensive service supporting the Non-Medical referrers process for the Trust. This will involve managing applications, arranging and minuting meetings, maintenance of spreadsheets and Qpulse data management.
- Type letters, documents and record data as required by Radiology managers and other members of Department, i.e. Superintendent Radiographers, Nursing Staff etc. Filing of correspondence.
- Always maintain confidentiality. Deal with confidential sensitive information about patients. Adhere to policies and statutory Health and Safety requirement of University Hospitals Dorset.
