The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Account Manager and Sales Executive to join our team and lead the sales efforts for The Armoury. This is a new and pivotal role within our company, offering the right candidate the opportunity to shape and grow the business from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop accounts for The Armoury.
- Identify and secure partnerships with new gyms and fitness centres.
- Think creatively to grow our web presence and expand our customer base.
- Drive sales of fitness accessories and apparel through various channels.
- Potential to develop into a management role overseeing a larger team.
- Work from our office in Portishead and be available to travel as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in account management, sales, and business development.
- A background in fitness is highly desirable.
- Punctual, driven, and ambitious with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to grow accounts effectively.
- Must hold a valid driving license.
