## Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at a renowned restaurant in London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine and exceptional culinary skills.

## Duties- Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and standards- Ensure high-quality meal preparation and presentation- Assist in designing new sushi menus- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the sushi kitchen- Adhere to food safety regulations and restaurant policies- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

## Qualifications- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role- Strong culinary skills with a focus on Japanese cuisine- Knowledge of food safety practices- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Certification from a culinary school is desirable
