The role

We are looking for a Resident Involvement Project Officer to join our Resident Involvement team here at Southern Housing!

In this role, you'll be the expert and advisor on resident involvement projects across Kent, helping implement the new Resident Involvement statement. You will be involved in delivery of neighbourhood involvement projects that allow our communities to influence the delivery of their services and ensure residents views are at the heart of our organisation.

This role will be based at our Sittingbourne office, working in a hybrid way, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office, as discussed and agreed with your line manager.

What you'll need

Experience in:

  • delivering engagement or consultation activities
  • Facilitating workshops
  • Running surveys and analysing qualitative data
  • Telling stories and promoting good practice
  • Creating inclusive spaces where people from all backgrounds feel safe and confident
