Wedding & Special Events Coordinator, Hotel Du VinRate of Pay £12.40 / 40 hours Per weekType of Contract: PermanentLocation: Avon GorgeWe have an exciting opportunity for a Wedding & Special Events Coordinator to join our two Hotels in Bristol, Avon Gorge by Hotel Du Vin and Hotel Du Vin Bristol City Centre. You create memories that our guests never forget. A Wedding or Special Event is one of the most important occasion's to our guests, you will make the difference.

At Hotel Du Vin we always go above and beyond the expectations. As a Wedding and Special Event Executive you will be in charge of the most important day that our guests will experience. you will coordinate every last detail, working with the guests and communicating with the departments within the hotel to deliver a perfect day and evening for everyone involved.

You will be handling and managing inbound wedding enquiries, contract wedding events and special events to ensure the smooth planning and implementation of events with appropriate documentation. This role will also be dealing with private dining and meeting enquiries.

Experience in a similar role is desired along with some events experience.
