The Position

In this deeply people-focused role you will support our Restaurant Manager, Gianluca Sebis and Restaurant Director, Ben Matthews in providing a flawless welcome for our discerning guests, ensuring that our exceptional service standards are met from arrival. You will be exceptionally well-presented and an excellent natural communicator, conveying a sense of confidence and assurance in your role.

You will also have the ability to interpret, understated and act on the needs of our guests, demonstrating discretion in your interactions and able to communicate effectively with the Head Waiter to guarantee guests needs are met.

Your ability to make sure that the expectations of our exclusive guests and diners are met, along with being able to provide a warm and confident greeting to our luxury environment will define your success in the role.
