Job Responsibility:
The Macquarie Asset Management Private Credit team has been investing in infrastructure debt assets on behalf of Macquarie's institutional client base for over 10 years and is a leader in the asset class. This team combines the best of Macquarie's deep infrastructure debt experience with a flexible and dynamic approach to investing for our clients and growing opportunities for the business. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes. What role will you play? As a Manager within the London team, you will be contributing to the continued growth of the Private Credit platform primarily in respect of infrastructure debt across the risk spectrum. You will work autonomously, taking leading roles in the origination, assessment, and execution of new investment opportunities under the supervision of a director in the team. You will be instrumental in the execution of investment opportunities and materially contribute to the growth and success of the platform. What you offer
- Experience with complex transactions across a broad spectrum of sectors such as social infrastructure, renewables, energy, transportation, and digital infrastructure
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, proactive, and resilient individual with a track record of managing deals
- Highly numerate and possess skills in all aspects of credit and financial analysis
- Ability to demonstrate sound business judgement
- Possess strong interpersonal skills which will give you the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels and be an effective team player.
