Job Responsibility:
Pan Macmillan is one of the largest general book publishers in the UK, with imprints including Picador, Bluebird, Pan and Macmillan Children's Books.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Temporary Archiver to provide some short-term support to our innovative, collaborative and award-winning Art & Design department.
Your role
The Temporary Archiver will be responsible for:
- Collating and saving archival-relevant files for each ISBN
- Organizing these files into folders tailored for compatibility with our digital asset management system (DAM) on Biblio
- Archiving the organized files onto the DAM system
- Removing the files from the server post-archiving.
This is a full-time, temporary role for a period of 6 weeks. You will be based in our offices in Farringdon.

Salary: London Living Wage
