Job Description: As a Pasta Maker Chef at Alba Restaurant, you will:

• Prepare a variety of fresh home made pasta to perfection, following recipes and specifications.
• Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all pasta dishes meet our high standards.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to develop new pasta recipes and seasonal menus.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pasta section in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering of pasta ingredients and supplies.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in pasta making techniques and kitchen procedures.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Pasta Maker Chef or similar role in a fine dining kitchen environment.
• Adeptness in crafting and making assortment of fresh pasta varieties within the realm of Italian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for Italian cuisine and a desire to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
