Service Excellence is a multi-functional, centralised service that sits within Housekeeping Accommodation. It's directly accountable for a range of key operational tasks and activities, and your input in this division will have a visible and measurable impact on the continuing delivery of a high-quality guest experience.

ACCOMMODATION STANDARDS TEAM MEMBER | £11.60 per hour

Reporting to the Accommodation Standards Team Leader, you will assist with achieving and maintaining excellent standards in all units of accommodation through completion of assurance checks.

You will maintain, enhance, and improve quality / standards and drive ‘right first-time' ethos across our Accommodation teams as part of the guest service journey, contributing to the achievement of all department standards.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Completing the Guest Ready Checks for accommodation units in preparation for guest arrival using correct software and to agreed company standards
  • Rectifying and logging of any cleaning issues within your power and escalating when required
  • Ensure any faults are reported on PlanOn (company fault reporting system)
  • Achieving targets in relation to the number of checks completed and company guest satisfaction scores
  • Supporting the wider housekeeping division as required

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Essential

  • Sociably confident with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge of technology
  • Have a motivational approach towards work
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Desirable

  • Familiarity of Center Parcs (or equivalent) cleaning practices, standards, and operating procedures
  • Previous experience in the cleaning industry
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, planning and prioritisation skills
  • Experience of engaging and communicating effectively
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, high standards environment

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 48 hours per 4-week period, your hours of work will be Mondays and Fridays only, from 11am to 5pm.

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
