In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manage the delivery of change in the messaging/cash/payment domain
  • Coordinate and build consensus across multiple global internal and often external business and technology groups
  • Manage delivery through to process design, requirements development, testing, training and implementing of the solution
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Sufficient years relevant work experience required.
  • Job holder must have extensive experience with managing client expectations, implementing service improvement initiatives and communicating effectively with senior management on service-related issues
  • Job holder must have extensive experience with best-in-class methods, tools and techniques for elicitation and documentation of internal and external client needs and associated requirements
