Job Responsibility:
Would you like to learn how the LEGO Group understands user needs and creat es experiences that audiences love ?
L earn by doing, with guidance from experienced LEGO ® group employe e s , who will help you understand and deliver user research and strategic design assignments.
Core Responsibilities
Support delivery of the v alue proposition for an audience with the specific focus on cross-experience user journeys
Help develop user journeys and servi c e map across LEGO ® branded ecosystem
Conduct user research and benchmarking analysis
Support business design activities such as workshops, stakeholder interviews, business intelligence gathering, creative brainstorms, visioning, and KPI development
Review and analyse available insights and data to define and deliver differentiating and market leading experience
Do you have what it takes?
Currently pursuing a university degree in Service Design, User Experience Design and Human Computer Interactions or a related design or behavioural science discipline
Be available for 9-12 months contract and have the right to work in the UK.
Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail
Ability to translate complex data analysis into stories to gain stakeholder buy-in
Enjoy working in cross-functional teams
High level of enthusiasm and passion to learn
Good presentation and communication skills in English
