L earn by doing, with guidance from experienced LEGO ® group employe e s , who will help you understand and deliver user research and strategic design assignments.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of the v alue proposition for an audience with the specific focus on cross-experience user journeys

  • Help develop user journeys and servi c e map across LEGO ® branded ecosystem

  • Conduct user research and benchmarking analysis

  • Support business design activities such as workshops, stakeholder interviews, business intelligence gathering, creative brainstorms, visioning, and KPI development

  • Review and analyse available insights and data to define and deliver differentiating and market leading experience

Do you have what it takes?

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Service Design, User Experience Design and Human Computer Interactions or a related design or behavioural science discipline

  • Be available for 9-12 months contract and have the right to work in the UK.

  • Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail

  • Ability to translate complex data analysis into stories to gain stakeholder buy-in

  • Enjoy working in cross-functional teams

  • High level of enthusiasm and passion to learn

  • Good presentation and communication skills in English
