The Role

We are looking for a talented Campaigns Manager to own the delivery of creative, high impact, integrated campaigns. You will own the end-to-end workflow for our busy calendar of campaigns, taking an initial concept & product range through to launch by managing each stage of the critical path.

A confident communicator, you will run inspiring internal kick offs & ideation sessions to all departments to brief key stakeholders on campaign plans and ensure customer-facing channels are effectively planned with fully integrated channel activations. Prior to campaign launch, you will run sign off sessions with members of the Senior Leadership Team, and you will run post implementation reviews to gather insights & inform future activity.

You will manage our in-house Creative Studio, which delivers the assets the business needs to run impactful campaigns. This includes overseeing the design, photography & video workflow, including shoot days, ensuring key deadlines are met and pulling in key stakeholders to provide art direction, comprehensive shot lists & constructive feedback to support the execution of high quality assets.

With exceptional project management skills, you will be a highly competent multi-tasker, able to react & adapt to changing timelines and helping to ensure Creative Studio team members have a clear workflow.

This is an exciting opportunity to run a diverse & unique campaign calendar with varied seasonal, fan-focused, hero & product launch campaigns. The role would be well suited to an experienced, organised & creative-minded campaign manager with exceptional project management skills, able to bring together multiple stakeholders to keep to the critical path & with the ability to balance a busy calendar of activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of Hero, seasonal and brand campaigns, managing the critical path across all channels of the business, from the website and social media channels to our physical stores.
• Managing our Creative Studio to oversee the delivery of effective & on-brand design, photography, videography and content creation, providing clear prioritisation of the workflow. Helping to maintain an organised & creative studio environment.
• Playing a key role in the development of the visual identity for the campaign, working with the Head of Brand, Brand Marketing Manager & the Creative Studio to set the campaign creative vision and sourcing props, equipment, and locations for shoots. Able to think creatively to reduce wastage & invest in sustainable solutions, working with a limited budget.
• Managing schedules for in-house and on-location shoots, ensuring the shot list aligns with the needs of each channel for end use & the art direction for the campaign, and supporting with a smooth.
• Line management of Creative Studio team members, supporting them in their progression journeys.
• Overseeing the end-to-end campaign critical path, from internal kick off through to launch & post implementation review.
