About the role
To support our continued international expansion, Trustpair is searching for an experienced Account Executive to launch our UK & Ireland market. As a member of our Sales team, you will work closely with Anaëlle, Louise, Olivia, Pierre and Silvia, as well as Jérémy, our CRO.
This brand new position offers a unique opportunity to develop a high potential market for Trustpair and empower large corporates in their fight against vendor fraud.
We're searching for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, high energy, sales professional who can think strategically, is at ease with complex sales cycles, and can create momentum within large and complex organisations.
This a remote position, open to candidates based in London & surrounding areas.
What you will do:
- Define Your Pipeline Strategy: Take charge of mapping, targeting, tiering, and prioritising potential clients and partners.
- Drive New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and create your own pipeline through cold calls, targeting campaigns, partnerships, and events.
- Manage the Entire Sales Process: Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, demonstration, and managing technical, legal, and financial aspects through to closing.
- Collaborate on Sales Strategy: Work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer to define and implement a sales strategy tailored for the UK&I market.
- Expand Trustpair's Network: Contribute to developing Trustpair's public visibility and network to enhance its reach within the UK & Ireland.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Forge strong connections with C-Level executives and key stakeholders within customer organisations, particularly within the CFO Office.
- Leverage Pre-Sales Expertise: Partner with our expert pre-sales team to showcase our solution's value and drive revenue growth.
- Adopt a Consultative Sales Approach: Understand customer complexities and present tailored solutions that effectively address their needs.
- Exceed Sales Quotas: Achieve and surpass stated sales targets by closing enterprise contracts.

Must Have
- In-depth understanding of the UK&I market
- At least 4 years of experience in selling B2B SaaS to Enterprise companies
- Demonstrated success in opening new countries/markets or launching new products
- Ability to lead and close complex sales, orchestrating the process from A-Z
- Highly organised and rigorous in your approach
- Capable of working independently and showing resilience
- Driven to create and implement strategies to conquer new markets
- You prefer a test-and-learn approach over structured sales cycles
- Fluent in English
