Your Role
- Driving DORA adoption: Leading the implementation of DORA principles and metrics within the regulatory and compliance function.
- Regulatory project delivery: Taking ownership of complex projects to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Stakeholder management: Building strong relationships with business, technology, and regulatory stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
- Risk mitigation: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to protect the bank's reputation and financial position.
- Change management: Implementing effective change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Deep understanding of DORA: Proven experience in applying DORA principles and metrics within a financial services context.
- Regulatory expertise: Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Project management proficiency: Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- Data analysis skills: Experience in using data to inform decision-making and measure performance.
Your Profile
- Agile project management methodologies: Experience in using Agile frameworks to deliver projects efficiently.
- Change management certification: A recognized change management qualification (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Data visualization tools: Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate insights effectively.
- Continuous improvement mindset: A passion for driving process improvement and operational excellence.
