Job Responsibility:

• Monitoring the front desk and answering incoming calls, greeting customers as they enter the gym, and answering questions about the facility's services
• Processing membership applications and fees and issuing memberships
• Updating member records with new contact information and payment details
• Collecting payment from members for gym services rendered
• Explaining facility policies and procedures to new members and helping them get acquainted with the facility
• Selling stock (drinks, food & clothing)
• Receiving stock deliveries and organising where required
• Keeping the reception area/entrance clean and tidy
• Ensuring Gym floors are kept tidy & weights/equiptment stored correctly
• Opening and closing the centre

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
