Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Central point of contact for stores queries and supporting escalations where needed
• Build cross functional relationships across all business areas to ensure all process changes are relevant and communicated effectively
• Gatekeeper for all BP comms, pushing back where needed & reinforcing the comms guardrails
• Responsible for creating and communicating all weekly/monthly & ad hoc comms, tasks & checklists via StorIQ
• Partners with the Retail Operations Manager in managing relationships with key suppliers
• Contributes to the Retail Operations Workload Planner with all store communication plans and dates
• Responsible for the design & creation of all Retail documents including the Retail Strategy, Peak, & promotional gifting packs
• Provides key support to the Annual Retail Store Manager Conference
• Updates & maintains the NSO tracker ensuring all points have been actioned in a timely manner
• Responsible for ordering all non-merchandising items for new store openings & refurbs whilst working within set budgets
• Oversees updates to the StorIQ monthly homepage
• Working in partnership with the StorIQ team and the Operations Manager to formulate the StorIQ Roadmap
• Reports on store operational compliance and looks for opportunities for continuous improvement
• Identifies ways for the Retail stores to be more sustainable
• Supports the Retail Operations Management team with Retail and business projects
• Growing within role to become a Subject Matter Expert in retail processes and systems

Skills /Qualities Required

• Passionate about Retail
• Retail management experience is essential (supervisor level minimum)
• Strong IT skills
• Confident communicator
• High attention to detail
• Proactive approach to work and an ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills
• Enjoys being really hands-on and be keen and willing to get truly involved in all aspects of the business
