Job Responsibility:

We are recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. This is a key role in the finance team supporting Corporate Services at East and North Herts NHS Trust. There are lots of opportunities to engage with core management accountancy functions as well as current service issues, all the while developing your knowledge and skills. The Finance Department has recently been awarded "One NHS Towards Excellence Accreditation level 1 " and is working towards level 2. The Trust offers excellent opportunities for training and professional studying. This role will be Hybrid working to include office attendance at least 3 days a week. To provide accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and planning. To meet regularly with budget holders to provide advice on all aspects of financial concern and support action to mitigate concerns and maximise opportunities.
