You and Your Team: As a Portfolio Planner Analyst you will be reporting to the Portfolio Planner, The Portfolio Planner Analyst primary responsibility is to support the Portfolio Planner in managing Portfolio Planning process ensuring that the Portfolio Plan is an accurate reflection of business priorities, existing demand state and Tech & Change resourcing capacity. In your day-to-day role, as a Portfolio Planner Analyst you will:
  • Support coordination of the day-to-day steps of the Portfolio Planning process.
  • Help collect the latest picture of the present and future capacity to deliver business initiatives.
  • Understand business initiatives priorities of new demand.
  • Help collect latest view of in-flight business initiatives in order to keep Portfolio Plan up to date with latest developments.
  • Support production of Portfolio Plans ensuring is an accurate reflection of business priorities, existing project state and Tech and Change resourcing capacity.
  • Produce reports that help gain insights of the Portfolio Plan to the various interested parties.
  • Ensure reports and documents are prepared and delivered on time and to high quality.
What will make you stand out?
  • In depth knowledge of change delivery (Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) & Waterfall) portfolio management, development lifecycle, PMO processes and functions and financial budget management
  • Understanding of cards, loans and Vehicle Finance products.
  • Understanding of the processes and systems to deliver cards, Vehicle Finance and loans products to customers.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g. Prince 2 PPM, Agile PPM)
  • PMO Analyst or Project Support experience
The interview process:
  • Up to 30minute telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
  • Up to 60 minutes competency based interview with the hiring team
  • Up to 1 hour for final round interview with the senior manager of the team
