Job Responsibility:
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for assisting the general manager of the London branch in completing various tasks, including but not limited to student services, administer all organisational activities, set out business strategies, delegate tasks, finance, investment project survey, external negotiations, contract signing, etc..
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Handling: Assist the General Manager in handling contracts and understanding UK company laws, legal processes, accounting, and financial processes.
- Daily Operations Supervision: Oversee the company's daily operations.
- Business Travel: Accompany the company manager on business trips and assist in external business exchanges and resource expansion, including but not limited to accounting firms, law firms, and real estate agencies.
- Travel Itinerary Planning: Plan travel itineraries, prepare meetings, and ensure successful business trips/meetings with supervisors.
- Investment Project Analysis: Compile basic information on investment projects and conduct fundamental analysis.
- Financial Management: Manage the company's financial tasks such as recording expenses, employee reimbursements, and company payments.
- Clerical Work: Handle various clerical tasks.
- Inter-Branch Communication: Communicate daily work matters with other branches.
- Additional Tasks: Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Education: UK university degree, Bachelor's or above.
- Background: Must have a background in law, accounting, finance, and banking.
- Experience: 1-3 years of work experience preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficient in finance, reporting, banking, and administrative management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, responsibility and excellent organizational abilities.
- Driving license preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and professional appearance.
- Detail-oriented, patient, and well-presented with strong adaptability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, PPT, Canvas.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
