Job Responsibility:

Go Coffee is an exciting new drive thru coffee chain. Our first drive thru opened in Summer 2023 at Banbridge, with additional locations throughout Northern Ireland to follow.

Our vision is simple - to provide premium coffee and food to go, in a fast and convenient way for our customers.

We're seeking an Assistant Manager with a strong work ethic and proven ability to oversee the efficient operation of business policies and procedures. An ideal Assistant Manager will have the ability to communicate clearly with his or her staff, a history of working collaboratively with co-workers and experience overseeing a team.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about coffee and food to go, as well as delivering the highest standards of customer service. Applicants with previous experience in a similar role who can demonstrate a proven track record of leading a team, managing a coffee shop or similar quick service restaurant, and business improvement are desirable.

The successful candidate will have the potential opportunity of career progression to Manager when we roll out our future drive thru locations.

The successful candidate for this position will receive a competitive salary together with other benefits.

Essential Criteria:

• 1 Years management experience in a coffee shop or similar environment
• Experienced Barista (1 year minimum)
• Driving Licence (preferred)

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
