Base Location: Reading, Cardiff or Perth - this is a hybrid role working a minimum of two days a week at the office at the advertised location.

Salary:£28,072 - £32,605 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What is the Role?

As a Billing Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of customers handling all billing related activities seeking to resolve queries within a timely manner. You will deliver exceptional customer service building excellent relationships with your customers and TPI's. As part of your role you will:

• Strive for accuracy through the completion of bill validations.

• Attend meetings with TPI's and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proactively manage your customer portfolio.

• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to support the offer of additional products.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

• Previous experience as a Billing Account Manager within a Customer Service environment.

• Excellent planning and organisational skills.

• Experience of working with account balancing and reconciliation.

• Analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Demonstratable experience of successful stakeholder engagement.
