Job Responsibility:

Position Overview:

The Car Finance Operations Manager will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end business operations, from handling client inquiries and preparing them for the underwriting process, to assisting clients with car selection post-approval and managing post-sales inquiries. This role requires a blend of car finance knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail and client-facing abilities. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in car finance or sales and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Handle incoming client inquiries and provide guidance throughout the process

• Car Selection Assistance: Assist approved clients with car selection and reach out to dealerships to negotiate purchases

• Post-Sales Support: Manage post-sales inquiries and ensure client satisfaction

• Collaboration: Work closely with the underwriting team to gather necessary information and support business objectives

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3-7 years of relevant work experience in car finance, car sales, or a related field

• Client-Facing Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
