Look no further! Our firm is seeking a talented individual like you to join our team as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor.

Responsibilities

· Provide expert advice to clients on mortgage options, ensuring a thorough understanding of their financial circumstances and objectives.

· Conduct comprehensive mortgage assessments, analyzing client eligibility and affordability.

· Offer tailored mortgage solutions from a wide range of products and lenders, considering the best interest rates, terms, and conditions.

· Support clients throughout the mortgage application process, liaising with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders.

· Collaborate with clients to identify their protection needs, including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection.

· Recommend suitable protection products, explaining the benefits and ensuring clients have a clear understanding of their options.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage and protection regulations, policies, and industry developments.

· Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing advice and support to foster long-term partnerships.
