Due to extraordinary business growth, we are expanding our team of Car Credit Specialists. We are seeking professionals who are courteous, success-hungry, and eager to advance their careers. If you have experience in tele sales, webchat, retail sales, car retail, deal making, hospitality, or customer service, we want to hear from you.

As a Car Credit Specialist, you will:

• Interact with customers who have already applied for car finance online - no cold calling.
• Guide customers through the process, from enquiry to completion of their agreement for their new car.
• Build a rapport based on fulfilling the needs of customers who have applied for finance through our partners - no cold calling involved.
• Receive comprehensive training to ensure you work within our regulatory framework (FCA) while having the freedom to speak authentically to customers.
• Unlock your potential with career progression opportunities from within the business

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide fair and tailored financial options to customers.
• Demonstrate professionalism and a helpful attitude in every call.
• Take ownership and solve problems with positive solutions.
• Meet set targets and service levels.
• Multi-task effectively with a keen eye for detail.
• Collaborate with lending partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Requirements for the role:

• Customer service and/or sales experience, whether telephone-based, face-to-face, or via digital channels.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent telephone and/or webchat skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Regulatory knowledge and understanding of finance products.
• Professional approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Positive attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends (5 days per week with one of those days being one weekend day).
• Ability to commute to our office based in Chesterfield S41 9PZ.
