Job Responsibility:

Hybrid - Guildford or Birmingham This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Business Simplification Practice as a Process Intelligence Analyst, working in the Centre of Excellence for Allianz UK. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. In this role you will be responsible for shaping the future of our work and being part of a team that simplifies and automates processes throughout Allianz UK. Our technology and capability are evolving quickly and we are looking for someone to work alongside a variety of stakeholders, identifying and simplifying hurdles to streamline processes that are suitable for simplification. You will take various departments on their Process Mining journey, helping to extract and map data into Celonis, create meaningful dashboards, and share the insights with the business and your wider team. We are looking for a great communicator and influencer who can engage with people at all levels, as well as having an understanding of how data can be used to improve processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder and project management skills, whilst also having the ability to communicate business requirements to our Data Engineers, to create data-driven solutions. Finally, you need to be enthusiastic about the world of Process Mining and the value it can unlock in our business. About the Role This is a diverse role that involves both Analysis and Project Management, where you will need to lead and provide direction to our key stakeholders. Analysis/Project Management:
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to identify potential areas for Process Mining, ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do
  • Understanding the business environments, business needs, eliciting business knowledge to add context to data from stakeholders at different levels
  • Assisting with data extraction and dashboard creation
  • Identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
  • Producing cost/benefit analysis on any initiatives and opportunities; prioritising initiatives based on the likely cost saving
  • Presenting and recommending potential solutions in line with business objectives, needs and requirements
  • Reporting on progress to senior leaders.
Leadership:
  • Ensuring all potential solutions are following Best Practice and Change Framework.
  • Developing and applying Celonis Best Practice tools, techniques, and standards
  • Championing Celonis and any other relevant tools for Process Intelligence
  • Facilitating monthly stakeholder meetings to discuss opportunities and changes
  • Supporting the development of solutions by working closely with the wider Business Simplification team
About You We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent project and stakeholder management skills, who is passionate about tools that enable process impact, you'll have the ability to also work on Task Mining initiatives and understand the benefits and differences compared to Process Mining. Essential Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of multiple different requirements elicitation techniques.
  • Excellence at workshop facilitation
  • Ability to influence and challenge constructively
  • Communication and relationship building skills with stakeholders at various levels
  • Ability to lead others and champion best practices
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of working in an insurance or financial services organisation
  • Experience of Process Mining tools, such as Celonis
  • Understanding of Task Mining and how to run initiatives on related tools
  • Understanding Change Practices such as Agile, Kanban
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Experience of undertaking cost benefit analysis
  • Experience in data and BI tools
